Program Lead
Rhiannan Price is Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer and Principal Consultant at DevGlobal Partners. Rhiannan has over 15 years’ experience working at the intersection of technology and development, leveraging Artificial Intelligence, very high-resolution satellite imagery, crowdsourcing, and other digital tools in support of the UN Sustainable Development Goals. She’s passionate about the potential for technology to break down our siloes and help us leapfrog to a more resilient, sustainable world.
Jeff Pituch
Deputy Program Lead
Jeff Pituch is a senior consultant at DevGlobal and has been with the team since April 2020. Jeff works with global health clients, where he manages special research projects, analyzes data, and helps teams move toward their goals together. Before joining DevGlobal he spent 4 years with optiMize, a social innovation project incubator and teaching courses at the University of Michigan.

Laura Guzmán is Director of Communications at DevGlobal, bringing over 13 years’ experience exploring how new technologies can be used to build a better, more equitable world. She has worked within nonprofits, foundations, social enterprises, academia and more, driven by a desire to tell impactful stories, elevate diverse voices and dig into the complexity of technology.

Io works as Chief Executive Officer for DevGlobal, specializing in global investments and partnerships. She leads efforts to maximize the network across our DevGlobal, DevAfrique, and DevIndia teams. Io brings experience funding global goods at the intersection of geospatial technology and sustainable development, with a particular focus on national health programs. James Haithcoat
Community Tools Co-Lead | Impact Hub
James Haithcoat is a Principal Consultant at DevGlobal focusing on the application of cutting-edge geospatial technologies to sustainable development. James has nearly 15 years of experience working with geospatial data, products, and technologies. He has worked as a vector data analyst for local and federal government contracts, performed sensor data analysis and processing, established software engineering teams to automate production tasks, led R&D projects utilizing computer vision and AI/ML, and acted as an innovation lead for large geospatial contracts.
Nicole Hunt
Community Lead
Nicole Hunt is a Senior Consultant at DevGlobal with a passion for crafting stories and gatherings to connect people and create community. An award-winning special events expert with over 15 years of experience, she enjoys leading all aspects of communications and events management. Nicole brings on-board a talent for consultative relationship building, operations management and project coordination.
Drishtie Patel
Partnerships Lead | Humanitarian Wayfinders
Drishtie is a Product leader with 11+ years of experience building, growing and leading product teams across multiple 0->1 initiatives at the intersection of tech for humanitarian programming. With a strong interest in Disaster Response, Drishtie co-founded the Missing Maps Initiative from the ground up to map the worlds vulnerable people around the world. Missing Maps has since engaged thousands of remote and local volunteers that have contributed millions of edits to map vulnerable communities in all parts of the world to aid disaster preparedness and response activities. She then went on to lead the Maps team at Facebook that used AI/ML algorithms and satellite imagery to create various Global Open data products including the population density map and a roads layer for all countries in the world. Most recently she lead teams that helped create detailed 3D Maps using the latest in machine perception (computer vision & ML) capabilities to enable immersive experiences for AR, VR, and Mobile across Facebook.
Reece Williams
Communications Coordinator
Reece Williams is a Junior Consultant at DevGlobal and started as an Intern in November 2021. His time at DevGlobal has been spent working on the Geo-enabled Digital Microplanning Handbook and the Ramp project. He is eager to collaborate with local partners and promote the long-term sustainability of projects in the global development industry. His degree in Political Science with focuses in both law and global politics have prepared him for work in the fields of GIS, global health, and grant management.
Seamus Geraty
Program Coordinator | Fellowships
Seamus Geraty is passionate about leveraging geospatial technology for problem solving in the Global Health and Humanitarian space. Seamus has a background in GIS and Global Health and serves as a Consultant for DevGlobal in their geospatial practice area supporting projects in GIS research and application, Earth observation & remote sensing, machine learning, and creative science communication.
